MRI + Natalie’s Birthday

Last weekend, we shot a birthday for a new friend (and one-time friend-of-a-friend).  She wanted a lightpainting booth, and the results were fun and hilarious.  By the end of our hour at the party, we were all pretty worn out and sweaty due to the bazillion degree heat and a thousand percent humidity in Brooklyn.  Good times though regardless.  Check out the rest on the MRI flickr.

Well, that being said, we’re moving this weekend.  From one hustle (Astoria) to the next (Clinton Hill…ok…Bed Stuy).  So once we get settled in our brand spankin new amazing place, we’ll make sure to send some more lightpaintings your way.

It was Jubilee‘s birthday, there were Frogs, Diplo and A-Trak jumped in front of our camera, the crowd went bonkers about a thousand times, and we took what some sources call “The Best Photo Ever”.

A good friend of ours just sent us this video and it completely blew our minds!

Obi + Lightsaber = Jedi

So we’ve got a lot of stuff coming out in the next couple weeks, which we think you will enjoy.

Lets start it off light.  While we were back in MN, we got to meet Obi, My friend Matt’s new Boston Terrier (who pooped all over my parents house but that’s another story) that he got with his girl, Sam.  Matt is a huge dork, which is how we became friends…by bonding over Aliens, Predators and uhh…Bio Dome.   So anyway, naturally he named this little dude “Obi”, after the light-saber wielding Jedi from Star Wars.

Given the namesake, we had the idea of doing a lightsaber shoot for the young Jedi.  The results are pretty cute, check em out.  May the Schwartz be with you.
